Melbourne International Airport is a modern, full service commercial airport serving Brevard and Indian River Counties. The market service area has a population of approximately 700,000. The airport is located near downtown Melbourne Florida and is approximately 60 miles southeast of Orlando, Florida.
The facilities include modern domestic and international passenger terminals. The airport also completed a 120,000 sq. ft. air freight terminal. It houses a full service customs office, two freight forwarders, customs house brokers and a Federal container inspection station. It is also part of Foreign Trade Zone #136.
